Traditionaly first weekend of nightlife in September belongs to our dear frends fromToolroom Records.

TECHNASIA
Technasia kicked off 2016 at Mexico's BPM Festival. As the crowd raised eager arms he dropped a vocal loop: Believe in me/believe in me. You could feel the electricity as faces lit up with smiles. Technasia, aka Charles Siegling, has been turning electronic music lovers into believers throughout his career. A provocative artist with a taste for exploration, Technasia combines a sophisticated musical sensibility with restless curiosity – taking fans places they never knew they wanted to go. Parisian-born Siegling created Technasia when his love of film led him to Hong Kong to study Asian cinema. Fascinated with blurring the boundaries between West and East, he chose music as his medium to create a unique fusion of emotion, intelligence and experience. The result? Dozens of hits across multiple labels in the course of his career. Last year was no exception. The Technasia & Green Velvet collaboration 'Suga' became the longest-running overall No. 1 track in Beatport history. While 'Heart of Flesh' and 'I Am Somebody' held top spots in the charts and on the dancefloors.

WEISS
After a spectacularly successful intro to the scene which saw Weiss being championed by the likes of Groove Armada, Loco Dice, Green Velvet, Kenny Dope, Pete Tong & more, the hit single ‘My Sister’ rotating on BBC Radio 1, whilst staying strong in the Beatport top ten chart for over four months, and countless gigs all over Europe, it was plain to see that Weiss was here to stay. Following this lead, Weiss has risen to even greater heights, with his releases inspiring support from the most respected & freshest names in the industry, including Gorgon City, Shadow Child, Shiba San, Claptone, Hot Since 82, Claude VonStroke, Tensnake, Bontan and more.

SECONDCITY
Born in the UK, but raised in Chicago, Secondcity has a unique pan-Atlantic outlook on House and Techno music that takes influence from his exposure to both of these musical hotspots. As such, in the space of some 24 months, Rowan has accelerated into the collective consciousness of house heads around the world.
His inaugural year began with the much-hyped four track EP, ‘The Story’, on Huxley’s Saint’s And Sonnets imprint. Throughout 2013, Rowan continued to show everyone why there was so much hype, as demonstrated by his collaboration with Route94 for the sublime edit of ‘Freak Like Me’. With releases such as this a favourite with many major players, he soon found the likes of Skream, Kenny Dope, MK and Nic Fancuilli all championing his sound.
